Dr. Luke J. Haynes, PT, DPT, CHDN

Dr. Haynes graduated from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 1994 with a BsPT and later completed his DPT through Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Healthcare Professions. In 1997, Dr. Haynes opened his own private practice providing outpatient Physical Therapy services to orthopedic, sports, neurological pre and post surgical, pediatric, workers comp and industrial patients.

Dr. Haynes has 25 years of experience practicing physical therapy, applying the philosophies of a number of institutes, professions, and voluminous continuing education training series. He is certified in Dry Needling through 3 separate institutes. He is also practicing High-Velocity Low Amplitude (HVLA) spinal and extremity manipulation, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM_, and blood flow restriction therapy. He has also completed education through OccuPro for worker’s compensation treatment, return to work and Functional Capacity Evaluations. He is also a Certified Pool Operator.

Dr. Haynes is the Senior Clinical Instructor of the Haynes Physical Therapy and has developed the Haynes Method of Neuromuscular Dry Needling® and educates fellow clinicians in its philosophy and clinical application.

In his spare time Dr. Haynes enjoys spending time with his wife and his children, working on vehicles, playing his guitar, and riding his Harley as much as he can.

Brandon Adkins, PTA, CHDN

Brandon attended the University of Arkansas Fort Smith where he studied his basics with a particular interest in kinesiology. He then transferred to Carl Albert State College and was admitted into the PTA program. Throughout the PTA program Brandon was a rehab tech at a local PT clinic in Arkansas. Brandon graduated in 2009 and began practicing in Fort Smith at River Valley Musculoskeletal Center.

In 2011 Brandon moved from Arkansas to Weatherford, TX, and began working as a contract PTA for Graham Regional Medical Center where he stayed for 3 months. In February 2012, Brandon came to work at Haynes Physical Therapy and has been an integral part of the team as a staff PTA.

Brandon has taken many continuing education courses such as Functional Strength Training for the Aging Spine, Kinesiotaping for Therapeutic Taping, Biomechanics and Analysis of the Running Athlete, Foundations of Returning the Injured Athlete to Sports, and Nutrition in Sports.

Brandon will continue to expand his knowledge of new techniques and procedures in physical therapy and will strive to specialize in orthopedic and sports rehab.

Brandon was born and raised in Arkansas. During his childhood, Brandon was always very active in sports. He has always known that he wanted to work in the medical field and help people recover from injuries. He became interested in physical therapy after observing in an outpatient PT clinic. Brandon really enjoys the rehab of athletes and athletic injuries as well as other orthopedic injuries.

In his spare time, Brandon enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, playing sports, lifting weights, traveling, off-roading, and spending time on the water.

Lynze Long, PTA, CHDN

Lynze graduated from Weatherford College in 2015 with her Associate of Applied Sciences in Physical Therapy Assistant and began working here at Haynes Physical Therapy.

Prior to becoming a PTA, Lynze was a rehab tech at Haynes PT. Before she entered college at Weatherford College she was a front desk manager at Powerhouse Gym.

In the future, Lynze would like to become certified in women’s health physical therapy.

In her spare time, Lynze enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She and her husband are members of a truck club and they enjoy going to truck shows. Lynze also enjoys spending time in her garden.

Alex Freeman, PTA, CHDN

Alex graduated from Blinn College in 2012 with her Associates of Applied Sciences in Physical Therapy Assistant and then came to work at Haynes Physical Therapy. She later married the man of her dreams and they moved away for a while.

After having 2 beautiful daughters, Alex and Chance made it back to Weatherford! Alex came back to work at Haynes Physical Therapy in June 2018.

Alex is currently pursuing her certification in the Haynes Method of Neuromuscular Dry Needling.

In her spare time, Alex enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters.

Ashtyn Haynes, MSCPM Practice Manager

Ashtyn graduated from Baylor University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and in 2013 she graduated from Texas Tech Health Science Center with a Master’s of Science in Clinical Practice Management.

Ashtyn began at Haynes Physical Therapy as a rehab tech in 2009 and began learning all aspects of the business as marketing coordinator and accounts specialist until she became Practice Manager in 2011.

Along with her career with Haynes PT, Ashtyn is also a Realtor® with Century 21 Judge Fite in Weatherford.

Prior to coming to Haynes PT, Ashtyn spent 2 years working for Curves International at their headquarters in Woodway, TX as the Human Resources Assistant.

In her spare time, Ashtyn enjoys spending time with her husband and family, reading, baking, and riding her Harley.

Anjyla Wilson, Front Office Coordinator

Anjyla began working at Haynes Physical Therapy in July of 2017 as the Intake Coordinator/Scheduler.

Prior to starting at Haynes Physical Therapy, she worked in the podiatry field for a brief time. Anjyla also worked for Pecan Valley Centers as a Prescription Assistance Specialist from 2012 to 2015. She served in the Texas National Guard from 2011 to 2013. Anjyla has spent some time studying Early Childhood Education but is interested in learning more about Physical Therapy.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and three children, going to the gun range, being on the water, and reading.
